M.S. Student, Graduate Teaching Assistant Hi, I’m Orion Buckley. I’m from Decatur, GA, and I have a bachelor’s degree in geology with a minor in astronomy from Appalachian State University. I do a lot of reading; some of my favorite books are sci‑fi novels like Earth Unaware and The Velocity Weapon. I also love chatting about anything related to geology. I’m especially interested in the NC/CC dichotomy in meteorites, as well as dynamic and static recrystallization in geological samples, and of course, we can’t forget Mars! Education Education: B.S.
