Congratulations to Ted Lord, former undergraduate alumnus of UGA Geology! Ted was awarded the President’s IGNITE award at Dal-Tile, Dallas, Texas, for excellence in finding and securing Alabama clay resources, geologic modeling, and clay testing and storage protocols! Dal-Tile has been in business for over 75 years and is known for its excellent high-end ceramic flooring, wall tile, countertops and industry ceramics.
