Image: The UGA Parents Leadership Council has awarded a grant to the Interdisciplinary Field Program (IFP) to support Summer 2022 students. The IFP is a domestic field study program in Geology, Ecology, and Anthropology taught while traveling coast-to-coast and visiting over 20 national parks and monuments. UGA students, faculty, and staff travel, camp, hike, and learn together for two months on the road. Open to all majors, the program gives participants a unique opportunity to explore the most iconic places in the western U.S. with knowledgeable and experienced guides, while earning academic course credit! The UGA Parents Leadership Council supports student organizations and programs that enhance the quality of life and cultural experiences for undergrads. We greatly appreciate their financial support of the IFP!
